Overview
Partimee is my first research with a user centered design approach. This project is my final project to complete my undergraduate program in informatics. This project is very chalengging for me who wants to work in the field of UI and UX with this limited knowledge I ventured to take this topic.
Although it is not perfect and still has many shortcomings, at least this can be my stepping stone to further explore the field of UI and UX :).

Problem Statement
Students face challenges in finding part-time jobs due to difficulties in matching qualifications, limited search filters, unclear job and company information, and the lack of dedicated platforms.
Goal
Create a user-friendly platform that simplifies the job search process, enabling students to effortlessly find and apply for suitable part-time job.

Design Process: User-Centered Design
In this case study, I employed a user-centered design approach, focusing on users as the core purpose of the product. This method ensures the interface aligns with user needs and goals.
By using this approach, we identified essential features during the needs analysis stage, making it easier for students to find part-time jobs. This tailored the web application to their specific requirements, enhancing their overall experience. The stages included:
Context Analysis
Conducted user research to understand target audience problems and online job search challenges for students. Gained insights into user experience and primary obstacles.
Defining Requirements
Analyzed user research data to define necessary features, ensuring the solution addresses user needs and pain points effectively.
Design
Developed low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs based on analyzed data and defined requirements, illustrating website features and functionality.
Evaluation
Measured the website's usefulness and effectiveness in solving identified problems.

To understand students' concerns when looking for part-time jobs, I employed the survey method. Surveys were conducted with 47 students aged 18-25 years who were actively seeking part-time employment. The survey revealed the following key insights:
Difficulty finding a part-time job because the type of job found often differed from the vacancy details.
The primary purpose of finding a job was to earn more money and gain experience.
It was challenging to find a website that exclusively displayed part-time vacancies.
Based on these findings, the primary pain points for students seeking part-time jobs were identified:

Difficulties in searching for jobs effectively.
Unclear information both about the vacancies and the companies.

After finding pain points from students, I can conclude what students want to gain. Define features that are elaborated are User and Admin. Admin is an additional role to manage the website.

Next, the design stage of the research findings is carried out by spilling ideas in the form of wireframes and hi-fi.

Learnability: How easy it is to learn and use the website.
Efficiency: How quickly users can complete tasks.
Memorability: How well users remember how to use the website.
Errors: Identification of any issues or errors encountered.
Satisfaction: Overall user satisfaction with the website.
Likert Scale
Assessed user experiences with a Likert scale on learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. This provided detailed insights into the website's usability.
Result
The website design achieved an 87.43% usability rate, indicating it was easy for students to use.
