Design Process
My design process is simple, involving understanding stakeholder requirements and designing accordingly.
Understanding
I discussed with the HR Team the type of poster they wanted and gathered the provided assets, such as images, logos, copywriting, and guidelines. The desired poster for 1:1 and A4 scale.

Design
I use Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to create the design. I create more than 5 design options for each job posting to provide alternatives. Job posting posters are created each month with different designs.

In total, I created more than 50 alternative designs to ensure a wide range of options for the HR Team to choose from.

Is it possible to convert design to .docx format?
Yes, it is possible because I experienced it. For the A4 scale, the design needs to be in an editable Word document format. This is to make it easier for stakeholders to edit without having to use Figma. It was quite challenging because this was my first time working on it :)
